This is a battle that she doesn't let define her. She barely lets it get her down. She's a constant source of positivity, energy and joy. Are some days/weeks/months harder/worse than others? Of course! That's the nature of the beast. But you can either let it get you down, or your fight. And you fight hard. You rally and do a whole lot of self-care and healing from the inside out; you research and fight the system that helps and hinders your battle. You make difficult choices for the betterment of your journey and all the while; you do it with a big smile and a huge zest for life.

This year has been a battle for you. My biggest wish for you is that a cure is found VERY SOON!

But until then, I'll be right there beside you, cheering you on, backing you up & fully committed to our official strategy: fight hard, laugh often and answer the battle cry on demand...I SCREAM, YOU SCREAM, WE ALL SCREAM FOR A CURE (and obviously ice cream)!
