I'm fundraising for...

I am excited to #TakethePlunge on Sunday, May 26th, 2024 to help raise funds for drug and treatment development for ovarian cancer through the world-renowned UBC/VGH research facilities in Vancouver.

My inspiration for joining the DRMANDYSTRONG team, is the team captain herself - Dr Mandy Lee.  Our good friend Mandy is an incredible lady and quite frankly, we've never met anyone like her.  Despite multiple bouts of cancer and terrible suffering in the last 8 years (albeit she is still so young), she has the most beautiful heart and how she remains so positive and energetic in the circumstances, should be a lesson to us all.  We love you Mandy!  Plus... our dogs are besties!! :o)

Taking the plunge for a few minutes in the English Bay in May, is a tiny gesture on my part, but please, I need your help to make a difference in the lives of those affected by this disease.
